Meet the Taylor's
Shea and Kyle are the heart behind Emerald Stitchery, bringing their shared love of creativity, family, and the 30A lifestyle into every stitch. Shea is also the owner and designer behind Threaded and Tipsy, a needlepoint brand known for its fresh, playful take on the craft. Her connection to 30A runs deep—she’s been vacationing here since she was a baby and even took her very first steps along these shores.
Kyle brings a different kind of dedication and service to their story. He serves in the military and is also a licensed paramedic, balancing a life of discipline, care, and commitment to others. In 2023, Kyle’s mom made the move to 30A—and hasn’t looked back—making the area even more special for their family.
Together, they raise their blended family of five kids, juggling busy schedules, careers, and family life. No matter how hectic things get, they always find their way back to 30A—a place that feels like home and continues to inspire the vision behind Emerald Stitchery.
